The Hempfield Area Alumni Group is an independent organization. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or funded by the Hempfield Area School District. Our work is supported by donations and sponsorships from alumni, classes, organizations, and friends of the Hempfield Area community in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
What We Do
The Hempfield Area Alumni Group connects generations of Spartans while preserving and sharing the history of the Hempfield Area School District and the communities it serves.
Preserve Hempfield History
We collect, preserve, digitize, and share photographs, yearbooks, programs, documents, memorabilia, and other materials representing generations of Hempfield history.
Connect Generations of Spartans
We help alumni, retirees, educators, families, and friends of Hempfield reconnect, share memories, and celebrate their connection to the Spartan community.
Support Class Reunions
We help reunion committees promote upcoming gatherings and may bring selections from the Alumni Archive to reunions and alumni events.
Research & Document Our History
We work to document the people, schools, traditions, and events that have shaped Hempfield Area throughout its history.
